Ember & Ice - Calgary's Favourite Mobile Sauna and Cold Plunge Rental

Our mobile sauna rental is delivered right to your home in Calgary, Okotoks, Cochrane, Airdrie, Bragg Creek, Canmore, Banff, or near by areas. Our trained team delivers it, lowers the trailer to the ground (level and stable), sets it up, lights the fire if requested, and walks you through using your barrel sauna for a relaxing wellness experience.

Delivery is complimentary within 30 km of our home base in Sundance, Calgary. For locations beyond 30 km, a delivery fee of $2 per kilometre applies and will be calculated and added manually after checkout.

To meet Calgary bylaws, your sauna rental must be on private property like a driveway, backyard, or front lawn. You'll need at least 25' of space. A level surface is ideal, and our sauna trailer adjusts for stability and safety.

Our ice sauna comfortably fits 8 adults, but up to 10 can squeeze in if you're feeling social! It’s perfect for a bachelor party, wellness retreat, or a cozy evening with friends at your recreation center

Our team takes 20–30 minutes to set up the outdoor sauna trailer disconnecting, leveling, and starting the fire. We’ll guide you through operation if needed. Once lit, your sauna reaches 65–80°C in about 45 minutes, depending on ambient temperature.

Firewood and all the essentials are included with every sauna rental. We provide seasoned birch firewood, kindling, fire starter, a YETI Tundra full of ice, towels, face cloths, and a traditional löyly sauna bucket and ladle. Everything you need for an authentic, steamy barrel sauna experience at your home or event.

A $750 damage deposit is held on your card for every Ember & Ice sauna rental. The deposit is released after pickup, provided the sauna and equipment are returned in the same condition they were delivered in.

For cancellations, a full refund will be issued when a booking is cancelled 7 or more days before the scheduled rental date. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable; however, the full booking value will be provided as a credit toward a future Ember & Ice rental, subject to availability.

We prohibit all types of drugs, smoking, vaping, alcohol / wine, glass bottles, and food inside the sauna. We recommend you do not bring in metal jewelry, metal glasses, contacts, or technology devices due to the high heat at our day spa or sauna store or hot tub store

We guarantee that the sauna will be delivered by 5:00 PM for your Ember & Ice experience.

For standard 24-hour bookings, delivery typically takes place at 5:00 PM. For multi-day rentals, pickup is usually scheduled for 11:00 AM on the final day of your booking.

If you require an earlier or later drop-off or pickup time, please inquire and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

The custom trailer is 23 feet long from the very back to the front hitch, if parking on driveway we need that length available. The trailer is 8' 2" wide so usually need about 10 feet wide of a rear gate if we are backing into your backyard. 

The City of Calgary does not allow for a trailer to be unattached on the roadway. We are able to back the sauna onto your driveway, into your backyard, or even place on your front yard (grass) if you wish. For winter deliveries we ask that you have less than 1" of snow present on driveway or on front yard for us to deliver with ease.
