What an experience! We had Ember and Ice set up the unit for our group and showed us how to light and stoke the unit. We utilized this for a fairly large group taking turns with the sauna. It fit 10 guys that knew each other pretty well and 10 guys that got to know each other in a hurry! So much fun! Again, from all of us, thanks for the 1 of a kind experience!

The sauna will be delivered right to your home by our trained sauna experts. Not only will they deliver and set it up, they will start the fire (if you wish), and give you a walk-though of how to operate the unit.

For no charge we deliver within Calgary limits. For an additional $100 we deliver and pickup in Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere, and Okotoks. For an additional $250 we deliver and pickup in Canmore and Banff.

To comply with City of Calgary bylaws, the sauna needs to be off the street and on your property. Most have the sauna in their driveway (need a minimum of 25' of length available) while some prefer to have on their front grass or in their backyard if they have a rear gate. We prefer a level surface but are able to level out the trailer so that it is secure and stable.

Depends how well you know them or want to know them! 8 adults can comfortably sit in the sauna and we have had up to 10 guys sit in it but they were CLOSE to eachother.

It normally takes our team about 20-30 mins to secure the trailer, disconnect from our truck, lower and level, start the fire, and give you a thorough walk through (if you prefer).
After the fire has started it takes about 45 mins for the sauna to warm up to 65-80C (depends on ambient temperature).

Of course firewood is included! We bring along enough seasoned birch hardwood for your entire sauna experience. It is conveniently located in one of the benches outside the door.
We also include fire starter, kindling, lighter, a sauna bucket, and a ladle for getting your steamy Lowly on -
We hold a $750 damage deposit on your card for every rental. It is released after sauna has been picked up in the same condition it was dropped off in.
For cancellations, a full refund will be issued if cancelled within 7 days of your booking. If less than 7 days we refund 50% -
We prohibit all types of drugs, smoking, vaping, alcohol / wine, glass bottles, and food inside the sauna.
We recommend you do not bring in metal jewelry, metal glasses, contacts, or technology devices due to the high heat -
We guarantee that the sauna will be dropped off before 5pm and
